Why I Built This App
I believe people with ADHD deserve real support — and clarity. We're not lacking execution. We're often overwhelmed by too many ideas, unsure of what matters most.
We also need space to get our thoughts out. When your mind is always generating, recording your thinking isn't a nice extra — it's how you make sense of life.
Stronger self-confidence and feeling genuinely supported help us keep going even when there's no clear positive feedback. Repetition and persistence are the most basic principles of success.
Yet many apps today fall into two camps: elaborate ADHD systems that are hard to stick with, or endless Pomodoro timers. They can help with self-awareness and focus, but they rarely help us learn to accept ourselves — to understand our behavior patterns and our procrastination patterns from the inside out.
That's why I designed The Fox Within with all of this in mind: to help ADHD minds have better conversations with themselves, build a habit of recording life, and grow real confidence along the way.
